The ‘run like clockwork’ option - This is the best option for most of our clients. It’s a service contract that gives you total control over your costs and invaluable peace of mind. Our full Maintenance and Support Contract is available for all makes and models of printer and photocopier. Just one fee (based on how many copies/prints you make) covers everything – parts, labour, preventative maintenance visits plus toner. Perfect if you generate lots of copies. Estate agents, solicitors, schools and hospitals just love our ‘run like clockwork’ option can also be tailored for everyone’s needs too.
Need a repair but don’t have a contract?
Not a problem. With our ad-hoc repair service you’ll be sorted in no time. We can either come to your office and repair on-site or collect your machine and bring it in to our fully equipped workshop – even if you don’t have a service contract with us. And even better, it doesn’t matter which brand you’ve got because we repair them all – every make and model of photocopiers, printers, fax machines, laptops and computers.
