| L4 | L codes may occur if the scanner has been head up - please restart machine |
| Fatal error |
This occurs on some OKl machines when consumables have been removed when the machine is switched on. Please refit and restart machine - if fault continues please email us your machine number so we can diagnose further. |
| Size mismatch | This code is displayed when a print job is sent to the machine and the print document size (i.e. A4) doesn’t match the paper size of the paper tray selected. Check the correct orientation (A4/A4r portrait or landscape) has been selected. |
